Payment Terms
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Cash
- Cheques payable to York Pc
- Credit/Debit Card – PayPal
- PayPal
Repair:
Payment is requested as soon as the job has been completed. For online repairs, we would require the £10 connection fee upfront. This is non-refundable.
Pc Plus Cover:
This can be made using any of the options stated above. We will send out all the forms to fill in via email and this can be processed online.
Online Shop:
All items in the shop must be paid for upfront. Payment via PayPal only, however they PayPal do accept major credit and debit cards.

Online Repairs Over the Internet
We now offer online computer repairs over the internet. This means that we can fix your computer problem alot sooner than before. The way it works is that we connect to your computer through the internet. There is a £10 connection fee – however this is non-refundable as we are paying another company to use this service. We accept payment via Paypal.

Always Save Your Work and Back Up Your Files Reguarly
Always save your work reguarly to prevent any loss of data. We recommend backing up your work, pictures, music, videos and file on an external hard drive. That way if you get a virus, all your files will be intact. You can buy external hard drives for very little these days. Please contact us at info@yorkpcexperts.co.uk if you need help picking out an external hard drive. We can show you how to use it too.
